Rev. Don
E. Ferguson
Rev. Don E. Ferguson
earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee
at Knoxville and his Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity
School, Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 1972.
In previous assignments
he served as pastor of the Kodak Circuit: Henry’s Crossroads
and Oakgrove Churches in the Northview Community of Sevier
County, and as an Associate Minister and a Counseling Minister.
Following graduate
work at the University of Tennessee in Counseling Psychology,
Don was a Marriage and Family Therapist in independent practice
for 25 years. During that time he specialized in working with
couples and families. In the last ten years he has worked
intensively in the area of trauma and abuse.
Don has been married
to Debra Lynn Hall for 21 years and they have one teenage
son, Christopher. Don has two children from a previous marriage,
Mark and Lara who are both married and live in South and North
Carolina, respectively.
